Saturday. January 25, 2014. The family had resume the weekend routine, a trip to Indigo store… and coffee at Starbucks.
Aside from ukelele I bought, I found this sketchbook called “712 More Things to Draw”. It’s actually just blank pages with sections or full blank page with a small description in the corner of what to be drawn in that page. I promise to myself, I will draw one per day.
Pointillism technique
Drawing inspired from Tim Burton’s The Corpse Bride movie
Didn’t see this Monday so busy, I was late to do my daily doodle. This is an x-ray of my daily routine.
(Dibs on the slogan!)
I used haida art technique for the dancing shoes.
When I was about 12 years old, one Christmas evening, I couldn’t sleep. Picked up a brush, a few acrylic paints and started painting my wall: a painting of a waterfall with a mountain backdrop, some trees and rocks. The painting stayed for years, and one day I came home my painting was gone. My mom said that it started to get scary because she felt some spirits started living on the painting.
(Yes, that’s my paperweight. A friend of mine in Toronto gave me that “BOSS” paperweight made of bronze.)
(Pardon the smudge on the face, it was from the back page. ^_^)
(Couldn’t think of a nice spider than Spiderman) ^_^
